In autumn 2022, GlobalSCAPE organised workshops all over the world, engaging science communicators in a one-day skill-building session. In order to help participants from lower-income background to attend the session, GlobalSCAPE provided financial support through a Mobility Scheme covering travel costs induced by workshop participation. We have learnt a lot from this experience and compiled our top tips to organising an effective support scheme.
